Drenio is an online marketplace that connects independent farmers, customers, and delivery providers. Drenio acts as an information-society service provider within the meaning of the Serbian Law on Electronic Commerce (Zakon o elektronskoj trgovini, ZET). Drenio is not the seller of any product offered on the platform. Sales contracts are concluded directly between the farmer and the customer; delivery contracts between the customer and the delivery provider. Drenio merely provides the technical infrastructure that enables these transactions.
